Led by four directors, each with over 20 years of experience, the team brings extensive market knowledge, longstanding relationships and a proven understanding of how to position destinations within all travel markets.
Our approach blends high-impact personal engagement with intelligent digital strategy. Through in-person meetings with all travel advisors across all sectors, alongside attendance at over 30 industry events annually, we present and promote our portfolio through targeted sales strategies, product training, curated events and strategic networking with key decision-makers.

Our collaborators
Ru&Co has swiftly become a business hub of expertise for our member hotels to engage with to deliver specialised support where you may have a “gap” in requirements. The hub delivers access across the globe for sales support, but in addition we can also provide an array of professions for you to use as required.
We can facilitate introductions to these services for you to independently work with or alternatively we can build this in to the Ru&Co partnership agreement you would have with us. The hub is made up of the Partners below.
