Junior Suite

Junior Suites are individually styled with artistic touches, such as a Tamara Lempicka print or tributes to Nureyev and Verdi. Some connect to Classic or Superior Rooms, forming a 67 sqm two-bedroom layout. Each suite is unique, with city or courtyard views, and some include balconies. Marble bathrooms have separate showers, with some offering twin basins.

A favourite of diplomats and romantics, this suite features two separate entrances for added privacy between the living area and bedroom. It overlooks Milan’s exclusive shopping streets, while the Italian marble bathroom is filled with natural light from double windows.

In 1955, Maria Callas stayed here during her performance of La Traviata at La Scala, directed by Luchino Visconti.

Verdi Suite

Once home to Giuseppe Verdi in 1872, this historic suite reflects his taste for spacious, light-filled, and elegant living. Just steps from La Scala, he would return to cheering crowds - famously stepping onto the balcony on the opening night of Otello to acknowledge applause.

Today, the restored suite is bright and refined, with French windows opening onto three balconies. It features a fireplace lounge, two bathrooms, a connecting en suite bedroom, and modern comforts, while preserving historic details, including Verdi’s original writing desk.
