Comfort, technique, and a touch of adventure

Luffa Restaurant

Named after the luffa plant, known both as a vegetable and for its fibrous interior used as a natural sponge, Luffa takes its cue from this unusual duality. At lunch, the mood is lighter and more relaxed; by dinner, the flavours become deeper and more expressive.

Chefs João Ribeiro and Francisca Passos reinterpret Portuguese comfort food through international techniques, working with familiar local ingredients in ways that give them a new perspective. The aim is simple: for visitors to recognise Portugal on the plate, while locals find something they haven't tasted before.
