From cocktails to Tuscan tables

Hotel Bernini Palace

From the intimate Lounge Bar to the frescoed setting of La Chiostrina, Hotel Bernini Palace brings together two distinctive spaces for dining and drinks, both open to non-residents.

Traditional Tuscan character meets contemporary touches in the Lounge Bar, while La Chiostrina occupies a beautifully restored 16th-century portico, where natural light from the courtyard provides the backdrop for Tuscan and Italian cuisine.

La Chiostrina Restaurant

Set within a recently restored 16th-century portico on the hotel’s ground floor, La Chiostrina offers an elegant setting for dinner in the heart of Florence. Natural light from the internal courtyard brings warmth to the space, while the cuisine draws on the flavours and aromas of Tuscany with a contemporary touch.

Open every evening, the restaurant’s evolving à la carte menu by Chef Stefano Bellini celebrates seasonal ingredients and the traditions of Tuscan and Italian cuisine.

From classic Tuscan flavours to seasonal and thematic dishes, La Chiostrina’s menus are designed to suit every occasion. Special menus can also be arranged on request, including children’s options and offerings created around seasonal ingredients, celebrations and special events.

After dinner, guests can enjoy teas and herbal infusions from La Via del Tè and Segafredo Zanetti coffee, selected for their quality and commitment to sustainability.

Lounge Bar

Inspired by the elegance of a private salon, the Lounge Bar offers an intimate setting for cocktails, selected wines and light bites. Traditional Tuscan décor meets contemporary design, creating a relaxed space for an aperitivo or evening drink.

The bar also hosts private dinners, celebrations and themed musical evenings, with a selection of around 100 Italian and international wines.

Sala Parlamento - Breakfast Room

Breakfast is served in the historic Sala Parlamento, beneath its splendid frescoed ceiling. Once a meeting place for members of parliament and senators of the Kingdom of Italy, the room now provides an elegant setting for a generous buffet of artisan breads and pastries, organic and natural products.
