Inspired by the traditional Greek plateia - the communal square that has long brought people together - Plateia is the social heart of Minthis

Throughout the summer, it becomes the setting for live performances from Nicole Ardanitou, Magio Duo, Oksana, Stelios Antoniou and other talented artists, creating an atmosphere that is lively yet oh-so relaxed. As music drifts across the vast landscape, guests can linger over cocktails, share small plates and enjoy warm evenings in one of Cyprus' most picturesque settings.

The experience continues at Amaracus Restaurant, where the flavours of Cyprus are reimagined through a contemporary lens. Showcasing seasonal produce sourced from the estate's orchards, olive groves and beehives, the menu celebrates the richness of the island with elegant, ingredient-led dishes. Thoughtfully paired with the Summer Social programme, Amaracus offers a dining experience that is as memorable as the setting itself.
