Under the culinary direction of Martín Berasategui, one of the world's most celebrated chefs with 12 MICHELIN Stars, and led by Executive Chef Edu Rodas, each dish is guided by exceptional technique, seasonal produce and a deep respect for local ingredients.
Set within one of Barcelona's most remarkable Modernist interiors, the restaurant is as much a destination for its architecture as its cuisine. Beautifully restored, its historic surroundings provide an atmospheric backdrop where heritage and contemporary dining come together in perfect balance.
