Earth Hour: Candlelight Dinner at Le Grand Café Fauchon.

On Saturday 28 March 2026, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris will celebrate Earth Hour with a refined Candlelight Dinner at Le Grand Café Fauchon.

For one evening, the restaurant will be illuminated solely by candlelight, transforming the dining room into an intimate and atmospheric setting overlooking Église de la Madeleine. As natural light fades across the square, flickering flames reveal the space in a new way, inviting guests to slow down and savour the moment.

A member of The Leading Hotels of the World, the hotel blends Haussmannian elegance with FAUCHON’s signature pink and gold palette and a culinary identity at the heart of its experience.

An Evening of Seasonal Gastronomy

For the occasion, Chef Baptiste Limouzin presents a contemporary cuisine rooted in French terroir. His approach highlights seasonal ingredients and refined technique, balancing the spirit of the Parisian brasserie with the precision of a gastronomic table.

Guests may choose between three menus - Discovery, Tasting, and Signature - offered in three, four or six sequences, each designed to express the richness of French flavours through elegant, modern compositions.

A Global Moment Shared by Candlelight

Created by World Wide Fund for Nature, Earth Hour brings together cities around the world in a symbolic gesture for the planet. In Paris, landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Louvre Museum will momentarily go dark in solidarity.

By joining the initiative, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris transforms this symbolic hour into a sensory experience - a celebration of gastronomy, atmosphere and shared awareness, where the simple glow of candlelight reveals the beauty of the present moment.
