With a maximum of 12 hotel clients per Associate we can ensure that you are looked after in a highly personalised and individual way which very few consultancies are able to do.

As your dedicated and designated sales and marketing contact within the UK market Ru&Co will provide an in-depth consultation with you during which we would provide a full overview of the current state of the market together with a forecast of performance within each sector of interest to you.   

Based on this consultation, we would then together agree services which you would like us to undertake on your behalf and provide you with a full sales and marketing plan of action. Services would be personalised to you and your objectives which could include, but not be limited to, any of the following…


Segments

Ru&Co can provide full service options to the luxury leisure travel community, the Entertainment industry, the corporate sector, the tour operator and wholesale market and finally the UK MICE world.  For any services we are unable to provide, we would undertake to use our Partners within the market to ensure all your requirements are delivered.

Client Interaction

Ru&Co would carry out all sales appointments on your behalf on an on-going basis within the targeted sectors agreed within your plan to ensure full product knowledge and exposure to all travel bookers with the aim to maximise all business opportunities possible through these interactions.

We understand, however, that on occasion you may wish to interact yourselves with these bookers and so we would undertake to provide opportunities for you to establish and build relationships yourselves through a variety of event options.

Affiliations

Should you have an affiliation with a brand such as Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Design Hotels, Small Luxury Hotels or other, we would act as your UK sales contact to ensure collaboration and maximisation of your investment with them and to interact and engage with them as far as possible so that you are receiving as much of your share of their business as is possible.

Joint Initiatives

As part of the club there may be occasions to partner with one or more of the members for joint activities such as hosting of events, attending trade shows, marketing initiatives.  This will create greater impact for you as well as of course sharing and therefore reducing costs.

SITE INSPECTIONS & FAMILIARISATION TRIPS

The most effective form of product training is of course for a client to experience the hotel themselves and become true ambassadors for you within their organisations.  Ru&Co will support and deliver site inspections and fam trips to you as required, dependant on your budget support for travel costs should there be little or no assistance with complimentary tickets from transport partners.

EVENT ATTENDANCE

Ru&Co will deliver, as previously mentioned, various event opportunities for you to participate in, however we are able to attend other events (ILTM, LE Miami, IMEX Frankfurt etc) on your behalf should you so wish.

MARKETING

Full service support for any marketing requirements would be delivered through our various marketing partners, however Ru&Co are able to fulfil a variety of opportunities which would include:

  • Mailing distribution to all relevant trade contacts of branded materials and promotions

  • Product exposure through Ru&Co social media channels

  • Product exposure through the Ru&Co luxury travel magazine “Odyssey” twice-yearly to over 6,000 customers

  • Internal and end user marketing opportunities through travel partners such as (but not limited to) American Express, Virtuoso, Reed & Mackay, Travel Leaders, TAG Group
