At Linthwaite House, Henrock by Simon Rogan MBE serves seasonal, ingredient-led menus by Executive Chef Paul Burgalières and Head Chef Mark McCabe, using produce from Our Farm in the Cartmel Valley and influences from his international kitchens. The Bar & Conservatory offers relaxed all-day dining, cocktails and afternoon tea with views over Lake Windermere and the Coniston Fells.
