FAUCHON's 140th Anniversary Celebration
Founded by Auguste Fauchon on Place de la Madeleine in 1886, FAUCHON celebrates its 140th anniversary this year. As the Maison’s first hotel, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris marks this milestone with a dedicated celebratory gourmet experience.
The 140th Anniversary Menu
From 7 September until the end of November, Le Grand Café Fauchon will present an exclusive anniversary menu by renowned French Chef Pierre Chomet.
For FAUCHON’s anniversary, Chomet brings together French gastronomic tradition with global influences, pairing exceptional ingredients with bold flavour combinations.
The menu features Quercy foie gras, langoustine crudo, pollock with Timut pepper beurre blanc and dry-aged beef, alongside a seasonal plant-based creation. The experience concludes with three exclusive desserts by Arnaud Larher, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and FAUCHON Pastry Chef: the Bisou Bisou Black Forest, Madeleine Trompe-l’Œil and 140th Anniversary Signature Éclair.
Served daily at Le Grand Café Fauchon, the menu offers three courses at lunch and four at dinner, from €78 per person.
