From 25 April, every Saturday and Sunday, 12pm to 3pm, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris invites guests to its terrace overlooking Place de la Madeleine for a new à la carte brunch at Le Grand Café Fauchon, where the city’s elegant energy plays out just beyond the table.
Set in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, just steps from the Madeleine Church, the experience combines a refined setting with the freedom to compose one’s own brunch. It begins with freshly pressed juices and a choice of coffee or FAUCHON tea, accompanied by classic French viennoiseries and breads. From there, the menu moves into savoury favourites - from eggs prepared to taste and croque-monsieur to the signature FAUCHON Club Sandwich or avocado toast.
To finish, guests can select from pastries by Arnaud Larher, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, alongside lighter options such as fruit, yoghurt or açai bowls, with a chilled mimosa or glass of something sparkling to complete the moment.
On the terrace, the experience takes on a distinctly Parisian character. Set on the corner of Place de la Madeleine, it offers uninterrupted views of the Madeleine Church and a front-row seat to Parisian life, where elegant crowds pass by throughout the afternoon.
From mid-May 2026, the terrace evolves further with the arrival of the “Terrace Rosé”, introducing Fauchon’s signature pink setting, rosé-toned cocktails - including a frozen creation, and sunlit sharing plates, capturing the essence of a chic Parisian summer.
Blending gastronomy, setting and seasonality, this new brunch becomes more than a weekend ritual. - it is a way to experience Paris at its most stylish and inviting.
