Kanjiru offers an intimate omakase experience where gastronomy and artistry converge. Guided entirely by Chef Vítor Matos, Portugal's most Michelin-starred chef, each menu is thoughtfully composed using the finest seasonal ingredients, transforming every course into a moment of creativity, precision and discovery.
Art Collection
At the heart of Torel Private Collection is an exceptional private art collection, bringing together internationally renowned artists alongside some of Portugal's most celebrated contemporary creators. Works by Julian Opie, Mickalene Thomas, Anselm Kiefer, Günther Förg and Takashi Murakami are displayed alongside Helena Almeida, Pedro Cabrita Reis and Rui Chafes, creating a dialogue between international and Portuguese contemporary art.
Thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel, each artwork invites moments of discovery and reflection, while a programme of rotating exhibitions introduces new artists and perspectives, reinforcing Torel Private Collection's enduring commitment to creativity and cultural expression.
