Torel Quinta da Vacaria

Set within Quinta da Vacaria, a historic wine estate dating back to 1616, Torel Quinta da Vacaria overlooks the UNESCO-listed Douro Valley and the Douro River beyond. Michelin-Starred Dining

Awarded a MICHELIN Star, Schistó is an intimate 14-seat restaurant led by Chef Vítor Matos, celebrating the flavours, landscapes and traditions of the Douro Valley. Its surprise tasting menu evolves with the seasons, showcasing ingredients sourced from Quinta da Vacaria, local producers and the surrounding region. Optional wine pairings featuring the estate’s own wines complete this immersive gastronomic journey through the Douro.

The Gastrobar celebrates the vibrant flavours of the Douro through seasonal dishes crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Dating back to 1616, Quinta da Vacaria is one of the Douro Valley’s historic wine estates, producing its own collection of DOC and Port wines.
