Holiday Menu – Le Grand Café Fauchon
From 1 December 2025 to 5 January 2026, guests can indulge in a refined four-course journey featuring Normandy scallops with pumpkin and FAUCHON flower honey, Baigorri trout fillet with Champagne Rosé FAUCHON beurre blanc, duck breast from Ferme Jean Sarthe enhanced with black truffle, and a delicate caramelised apple served with sarrasin FAUCHON ice cream.
Price: 90 euros per person, drinks not included.

"Make a Wish" – The Wish Tree Returns
Throughout December, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris brings magic to the 8th arrondissement with the return of its Wish Tree. From 1 to 28 December, guests dining at Le Grand Café Fauchon are invited to write and hang their wish on the tree. Each week, one wish will be selected and its author will receive an exceptional gift from Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris:
